Rafael Cornejo is the owner of Rancho “Las
Isabellas” in Mariposa, California. He trains horses
from Spain known as PRE’s (Pura Raza Española),
which means Pure Bred Spanish Horses. During the six years
that Rafael has been in business at his eighty acre ranch
Rafael together with four trainers has been training Spanish
horses for competition.
Rafael
came to the United States from Mexico at 14 years of age and
lived in the bay area before settling in Merced County. His
love for horses originated from his upbringing and being around
horses in his native town.
